Just when I thought my China line’s tears had pulled at my heart enough (but in a good way because they were crying happy tears and so was I)…I stumble onto this. Chen crying, and this just has me crying all over again, because after the “incident” on their debut stage, I always wondered how the Korean members took it, and I always feared they might’ve felt guilty, that they might’ve thought that it was them, that they were the foreigners keeping EXO-M from being a seen as a “mainland” group in the eyes of the Chinese music industry and I always hoped and prayed that wasn’t the case,that Kris and Lay and Luhan and Tao reassured them that they belonged and there was nothing to feel guilty about.

Seeing this makes me think that this was Chen’s moment of realization. That yes, he might take a bit longer in their recording sessions because he’s still not fluent, but no, he’s not a burden and he should never feel that way. He may not have understood all of what was said in that video, but he felt it. He felt the sincerity of their fans and their love and it hit him, this is where he belongs. He belongs. They are one. “4+2” ♥.

Oh god. I am writing essays again.
